LIBRARY VISITS
Library visits for pupils in P.4 and P.6 will continue this week and next week. P.4 pupils will visit Omagh on Mondays with P.6 pupils following along on Tuesday. As all pupils will be back in school for lunch time, no special arrangements need be made.
DO THIS IN MEMORY MEETING
There will be a meeting for parents and guardians of all Year 4 children who are preparing for their First Communion next year. This meeting will explain the ‘Do This In Memory Programme’ and will be held in St. Joseph’s Hall, Omagh at 8.15pm next Monday, 7th October at 8.15pm. All parents are encouraged to attend.
AFTER-SCHOOL ART CLUB
A new After School Art Club has commenced on Wednesday afternoons (3.15-4.15pm). In order to keep numbers manageable, this will cater for P.6/P.7 pupils until Halloween and then swap over to the P.4/P.5 class and rotate accordingly thereafter.
FREE SCHOOL MEALS ENTITLEMENT
Anyone who feels they may be entitled to Free School Meals should contact WELB. There are ongoing changes to the system, making more people eligible, so it may prove to be worth investigating. An information leaflet is attached.
SCHOOL MASS
The beginning of yearSchool Mass has been arranged for this Thursday, 3rd October at 1.30pm in the school hall. All are welcome to attend.
