P.7 SERVICE OF LIGHT
As mentioned last week, there will be a Service of Light for all P.7 pupils preparing for their sacrament of Confirmation, tonight at 7.30pm in the SacredHeartChurch. All pupils, parents, sponsors etc. are most welcome to attend. Pupils are asked to wear their school uniform. Next Monday, (21st) will see a meeting for P.7 parents on the theme of Confirmation at 8.00pm inSt Joseph’s Hall.
BIRDS OF PREY DEMONSTRATION
There will be a ‘Birds of Prey’ demonstration in the school tomorrow morning. All classes will be invited along to watch and learn about the large range of Birds of Prey in our surrounding countryside.
WELCOME MR CLARKE & MR KEENAN
We welcome along today student teachers Mr Conor Clarke and Mr Ruairi Keenan who are on a preparatory visit to the school before they commence their teaching practice in February.
BOOK FAIR
The annual Book Fair will visit the school next week. A wide selection of reading material will be available to purchase for pupils of all ages. More details will be issued next week.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
All After-School Clubs in Drama (P4-P7), Football (P6-P7) and Film Club (P5-P7) recommence this week. Drama ends at 4.00pm. Football ends at 4.15pm, while individual texts will be sent out in relation to Film Club pick up times.
