CHRISTMAS CRAFT FAYRE
Keep free Sunday, 8th December when our Parents’ Association have organised a fund-raising Christmas Craft Fayre. A wide range of seasonal crafts and goodies will be on sale or available to order and should prove a very relaxed and enjoyable afternoon to help get into the festive frame of mind. Further details will be issued nearer the time.
TRANSFER EXAM
Good luck to all our P.7 pupils who will sit their Grammar School Entrance Exams this Saturday morning. All pupils will doubtless be somewhat nervous, but should be assured that they have worked very hard and can be proud of their efforts, irrespective of what grade February brings. Good luck all!
P.6/P.7 RIVERWATCH STUDY
As part of their topic ‘The Environment’ pupils in P.6/P.7 will have a visit from the Lough’s Agency on Friday afternoon when they will take part in a Riverwatch study. Hopefully, the weather conditions will remain favourable to enable the pupils to visit our local river for an ‘upclose’ lesson.
CHRISTMAS SHOEBOX APPEAL
Many thanks to all our pupils who brought in ‘shoeboxes’ last week. All goodies have now been collected in preparation for distribution in time for Christmas.
CHRISTMAS PLAYS
The dates for our Christmas Plays have now been finalised. As in previous years it has been deemed necessary to split the presentations (via senior and junior classes) for reasons of Health & Safety and overcrowding.
