GIRLS’ INDOOR GAELIC TOURNAMENT

Good luck to our girls in P.6/P.7 who will participate in the Cumann na mBunscoil Gaelic tournament on Wednesday at the Station Centre in Omagh.  All the girls have been training hard on Wednesday afternoons so will hopefully give a good account of themselves on Wednesday morning.

ARMAGH ROAD RACE

The annual Armagh International Road Race is being held on Thursday night.  As usual, a selection of pupils from P.5-P.7 will represent the school.  Hopefully, all involved will enjoy the experience of running under the floodlights at the Armagh Mall and represent themselves and the school very well.  Good luck to all involved.

CONFIRMATION

Best wishes are extended to all our P.7 pupils who receive the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday morning.  The Sacrament which will be administered by Bishop Francis Lagan commences at 11.00am in theSacredHeartChurch.  All pupils and their sponsors will have reserved seats but all parents and other family members will have to find their own seats.  For that reason, it is highly recommended to arrive in good time, with 10.30am having been suggested by our local priests.  We trust all families will have a memorable day and that our pupils will embrace the gifts of the Holy Spirit to give them guidance for the years ahead.

SCHOOL CLOSURE

The school will be closed for the February mid-term break next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  School will re-open as usual on Thursday, 21st February.

FILM CLUB

Due to the Armagh Road Race on Thursday evening, there will be no Film Club this week.
