CONFIRMATION DATE
The date for Confirmation of P7 pupils in the parish of Drumragh has been set for Saturday, 3rd March 2012. The times will be issued as soon as that information is received.
MOVIE CLUB
The popular Movie Club recommences this week on Thursday after school. (Please note the change of day from last year) This club enables the participants to view movies and then submit a review online to help develop critical literacy and thinking skills. Due to pressure of numbers we can only offer this club to P.6/P.7 pupils initially. All movies will finish between 4.45-5.00pm. This weeks movie is ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid’.
SIX COUNTY RUN
The school will be a stop-off point tomorrow for Tom McGrath who is embarking on a six county run of 300 miles to raise funds for Action Cancer. The run obviously will take him through all 6 counties in the North and Tom has kindly agreed to pop in for a breather tomorrow morning when the pupils can have a chat with him. Anyone wishing to make a small contribution towards his fundraising efforts can send in their donation tomorrow. Thanks for your support.
